Three crews battling field fire in South Staffordshire
Firefighters are tackling a blaze in a South Staffordshire field.
Staffordshire Fire Service confirmed three crews had been sent to the fire in Trescott, near Perton.
The service posted on social media: "We have three crews in attendance at a field fire off the Bridgnorth Road, Trescott, South Staffordshire.
"Crews may not be visible from the road, but they are working to extinguish the fire."
Last month, there was a spate of fires in fields across the region. Including in Bromsgrove when 100 residents had to evacuate their homes when a major fire took hold on a farm.
