The company has applied to Walsall Council to make alterations at St Matthew's Hall in Lichfield Street.
The building previously housed the town's court and is listed.
In the application, the pub chain said it wants to install a new condenser unit and make internal alterations to the building.
The pub re-opened in January 2024 after a £300,000 makeover which saw a full redecoration inside and out, as well as new carpet, furniture and lighting installed.
You can view the planning application by visiting the Civic Centre at Darwall Street, Walsall.
