Driver taken to hospital after two-car crash in Bilston - police appeal for witnesses

A driver was taken to hospital after a two-car crash on a Bilston road.

Police were called to the collision on Moseley Road at around 3.20pm on Saturday (June 14).

A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "One of the drivers was taken to hospital to be assessed.

"Anyone who witnessed the collision can contact us via 101 quoting log 3055 of June 14."

West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed crews were called by police to reports of a two-car collision at 3.24pm.

A spokeswoman said: "An ambulance and paramedic officer responded. Two occupants were assessed by ambulance staff. One patient was taken to hospital for further checks."

National Express West Midlands service 82 - which runs between Wolverhampton and Dudley - was temporarily diverted as a result of the crash.
