Sentencing on manslaughter of West Bromwich teenager is set for next month

The sentencing of two people who have admitted the manslaughter of teenager Isaac Brown in West Bromwich last year has again been delayed

The case of Reehan Nazir, aged 18 of Edith Road, Smethwick and a 14-year-old, who can't be named for legal reasons was heard at Manchester Crown Court this morning (Wednesday) with both defendants not required to appear.

Sentencing had already been delayed by Lord Justice Brown on January 30 this year after he asked for more medical reports.. A second hearing in May also adjourned the case until today.

This morning Justice Mark Turner  adjourned the case until July 29 for mention and sentence set for a full day on July 31
