Rushall resident Marie-Ann Lee,  aged 36, said: "I was sitting in the traffic for a while while they were opening the road. I didn't actually see any ambulances so I don't know how bad it was really.

"I hope everyone's all right though. It's a bad road."

Darren Wilkes,  aged 48, of Pelsall, said: "I was coming to get breakfast and it was blocked then, that was at about 7.30, around that time.

"There was police and ambulance here, it looked bad really, but I didn't see anyone taken away. It's a bit of a bad road to be honest."
