Walsall man due to appear in court on knife charge

A man has been charged  with possession of a knife after police were called to a block of flats in Walsall.

Paul Thomas, aged 51, was due to appear at Walsall Magistrates Court today (Wednesday) for a first hearing.

Officers were called to his home address of Floyds Lane, Rushall, at around 9.20pm on Sunday and arrested a man - two knives were also recovered.
