Stand-up Skinner is among a host of famous faces to offer drawings for this year's National Doodle Day.

Sir Michael Parkinson, Bill Nighy, Jackie Collins and John Bishop have all done doodles which will be auctioned off to raise money for Epilepsy Action.

National Doodle Day began 11 years ago and takes place on March 7.

As well as celebrities members of the public can also create their own masterpieces and donate a pound to the charity.

Skinner drew an image of a clock tower and wrote on the back of his drawing: "Hope National Doodle Day is a massive success. And that the other doodles are better than mine."

Philippa Cartwright, fundraising events manager at Epilepsy Action said she hoped the drawings by Frank and other well known stars would help raise thousands of pounds for the cause:

She said:"The celebrity doodle auction is always a terrific success, raising thousands of pounds in much-needed funds for Epilepsy Action.

"The highest-grossing doodle ever raised £1,600 alone, so this event really does make a huge difference to people with epilepsy."
