Brian Wafer, aged 66, has Parkinson's Disease and left his home in Cavendish Gardens in East Park on Thursday.

He is described as a slim white man, 5ft 7 ins tall with short greying hair, blue eyes and clean-shaven.

He was wearing a black denim jacket over a navy blue diamond-patterned T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

Over the course of the weekend police officers in the area were handing out posters to members of the public who attended the Wolvestock event which is close to where Mr Wafer went missing.

Pc Alex Cockayne said: "Brian left home around 12:30pm and often walks or catches the bus to the city centre. I would urge anyone who has seen Brian to contact us, as his wife is becoming increasingly worried."

Anyone who has seen Brian should contact police on 101 or anonymously to Missing People on 116 000.
