Extra time to quiz Halesowen murder suspect
Police have been granted extra time to question a 49-year-old man on suspicion of murder following a stabbing in Halesowen.

A murder investigation was launched after a man, named locally as David Carpenter, was stabbed to death at his Graham Road home on Sunday night.
The 49-year-old is still in custody while another man, aged 28, arrested on suspicion of using violence to secure entry to premises, has been released on bail.
