A new gym creating 30 new jobs will open in Walsall town centre on Friday, it was announced today.
The final touches are being put in place at the new £1 million 24-hour Pure Gym, which has been created in Park Street. The new 14,000 sq ft gym will open at 5pm above the Poundland store.
It is the latest success for the budget chain, which opened new branches in West Bromwich and Wolverhampton in May this year.
The no-frills chain raised £15m to open 14 new gyms over the past few months, adding to its 22 existing sites.
The new Walsall gym occupies the top floor of what used to be Woolworths and after that, TJ Hughes.
