A new study says more land is needed for factories, shops, offices, warehouses and distribution centres across Worcestershire, a new study claims. But the future supply of employment land, must be of the right type and in the right place, it says.
Development proposals for the next 20 years will be debated at the Examination in Public into the West Midlands Regional Spatial Strategy at Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton.
