Campaigners trying to save Kidderminster's Driving Test Centre from closure have taken their fight to Downing Street and delivered a petition to Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Forty local driving instructors travelled by coach to Downing Street to deliver a 1,300 name petition calling for a centre to be retained in the town.

Instructors met Conservative Shadow Transport Minister Robert Goodwill MP who has tabled a Parliamentary question calling for the Government to reconsider the decision.
