The group will be performing the annual pantomime at the Civic Centre Theatre at Stourport from tonight until next Saturday.

Formed in 1969 the group has gone from strength to strength and since 1981 has donated more than £300,000 to local groups and organisations.

This year Lauren Hughes takes the lead role of Goldilocks, with Ade Partridge as Daddy Bear, Cathy Carrier as Mummy Bear and Katy Low and Kiah Bradley-Arnold share the role of Baby Bear.

Lauren said: "Our primary objective as a group is to have fun, entertain and assist local groups and organisations.

"We hope everyone enjoys the show and has a wonderful time."

The group is a registered charity and last year's pantomime, Puss in Boots, played to more than 4,000 people during a week long period of performances and made a profit of £18,715 which was distributed to 108 local organisations.

Performances for this year's production will take place at 7.15pm on January 23, 1pm and 5pm on January 24, 11am and 3pm on January 25, 7.15pm on January 26 to January 30 and at 3pm and 7.15pm on January 31.
