Just 16 months after the railway between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth was devastated by flood damage, the world-class attraction has got back on track and been voted tops for its entertainment value, all-round excellence and remarkable reconstruction campaign.

The railway beat all-comers to gain the gold medal for the Best Tourism Experience in the Heart of England Excellence in Tourism awards.
