Details of changes to leisure memberships at Staffordshire Centres have been announced. New membership covers swimming, fitness suite and/or aerobics at Chase and Rugeley Leisure centres.
Members can choose from a single activity or the All In package. The single activity pass entitles holders to unlimited access to the fitness suite, swimming pool or aerobics classes, four-week advance booking privileges and use of either of the leisure centres.
Prices are £25 a month, £48 a month for a joint membership (two people at the same address), £250 a year or £450 for a joint membership.
The All In package provides the above privileges plus 10 per cent discounts off squash and badminton courts and bowls and a free fitness suite induction for £30 a month, £58 joint, £11 junior, £300 a year or £580 joint.
Payments can be made either by monthly direct debits or an annual payment. Monthly cash payments will no longer be available.
Those not wanting a pre-paid membership can pay each time they visit.
The centres also offer corporate discounts to all local organisations which entitles them to 30 off a leisure membership. There must be a minimum of 10 people to qualify for a corporate discount and an annual administration fee will be charged to the company.
Mike Edmonds, head of culture, leisure and major projects, said: "The new membership scheme will provide the opportunity to access a range of classes and activities to suit everyone, at a price that offers great value for money.
"Members will have the benefits of using both Chase and Rugeley leisure centres for the price of one membership and the scheme will provide a great incentive for customers to improve their health and fitness, find out more about what our leisure centres offer and meet new people and have fun."
The current two tier Leisure Pass scheme will be replaced by the Chase Card coming into effect on January 1.
