John and Alfred Flack were born on July 11 1907 and have marked their 100th birthday with a party at John's nursing home in Droitwich Spa.
It makes them among the world's oldest twins - and means they have beaten odds of 700 million to one.
The brothers said they "never dreamt" of both reaching their century but said the bond between them has grown even tighter as the years progressed.
The twins said they were inseparable until Alfred, who lives in Devon, worked abroad as a missionary and John's work brought him to Kidderminster.
John's daughter, Heather Flack, said she has got her father and uncle mixed up in the past.
