Kids' party held up by raid
A children's birthday party had to be delayed after thieves forced their way into an indoor adventure playground and stole £1,200 and wrecked vending machines, causing £2,300 damage.

The Play Booth, in Jerome Road, Norton Canes, was due to hold a party for two four-year-old friends on Bank Holiday Monday but staff discovered it had been broken into when they arrived.
Damage was caused to a back door where thieves had forced their way inside.
Jane Whitehouse, of The Play Booth, said a party had been due to take place between 11am and 1pm but the start had to be delayed until 1pm.
She said: "The family was very understanding but they had family that had come up from the south so we wanted to clear up as soon as possible so they could come in."
It happened between 9.30pm on Saturday and 9.15am on Monday.
A heavy ladder was used to climb over a fence to get to the building and was left behind. It had safety tape on it and bosses want to know if it had been stolen from somewhere in the area.
The 6,000 sq ft play centre has adventure play equipment spread over three levels including slides, ball pools, log ramps and adventure bouncing castle.
There is also a separate toddler area and a large seating area for adults.
