Footage of his antics has now been viewed by thousands of people across the world on the cult website Youtube.com.
The video posted on the hugely popular website shows the mystery biker swerving between traffic and merrily waving to pedestrians on Kingswinford's Market Street.
The 30 second long video shows the biker coming down Summer Hill wearing nothing but his crash helmet and shoes and socks and turning right on to Market Street on the small red mini moto. So far it has been watched by more than 5,500 people.
The clip titled 'Mini Moto a gogo up Market Street' has been uploaded twice in recent months and a description of the video describes the footage as 'Boz the phantom ginger rides fearlessly and naked through Kingswinford.'
But Kingswinford North councillor Dave Tyler said the daredevil should think twice before doing it again. He said: "It is a dangerous practice. If people are going to log on to find out about Kingswinford then it should be for something decent. It is a great place to live and work."
He added that police were working in the area to ensure that mini moto riders carried the correct documentation such as a driving licence.
In October it was revealed that the legendary Black Country sport of canal jumping had found fame again through the website. Daredevil jumpers posted videos of their attempts to make it from one bank to another, at canals throughout the Black Country and Staffordshire.
Another video shows the footage by amateur directors Jack, Alice, Phil and Raj, from Stourbridge, with their film That Man is Watching You.
Steve Garey, a spokesman for West Midlands Police, said officers would have to receive a complaint before they investigated the incident.
