With the new year upon us, many of us have been making New Year Resolutions - changes to our lives that we have decided to make and stick to in 2011.

Whether it's trying to stop smoking, getting into shape, pushing for a promotion at work or cutting down on your drinking, there is something we'd all like to change.

We've assembled a panel of healthy living experts and careers advisers who are ready to help you stick to your plans and advise you on the most effective ways to do so.
