Birmingham New Street becomes celebrity spot as Traitors star Claudia Winkleman and pop star Mika came to town

The region's largest station and shopping complex became a celebrity hotspot as one of the biggest stars of TV and and a popular pop star made a visit.

Claudia Winkleman was seen in Birmingham city centre on Thursday, visiting New Street Station and Grand Central with camera crews in tow alongside MIKA.

The Traitors star could be seen drinking coffee in a long black coat and posed for photographs on the New Street Station concourse, standing beside fellow The Piano judge MIKA.

The pair host the Channel 4 show which sees them watch amateur pianists performing in busy train stations, with the show set to air later this year, and watched people perform on a piano next to Ozzy the Bull.
