Founded in 2005 and based in Wolverhampton, L8 Solutions provides a wide range of IT network and cybersecurity services.

The company offers direct access to experienced engineers and support contracts, giving clients ongoing access to key IT services which ensure their networks remain secure and functional.

In a transaction advised by KBS Corporate deal executive Dylan Bennett, L8 Solutions was sold to Warrington-based Part Four, which provides IT and telecoms support to organisations in the North West of England and across the UK.

Les Mitty, owner of Part Four, said: “This is a natural fit, bringing together Part Four's managed IT services expertise with L8 Solutions’ strong networking capabilities.

“Combining these complementary strengths should enable the business to deliver even greater value, broader technical expertise and enhanced support for customers.

“Acquisitions are about more than just expanding services — they're about bringing talented people together, sharing expertise and building something stronger for customers.

"I'm looking forward to seeing how the combined team develops over the coming months and the opportunities this creates for both employees and clients.”
