'Serious collision' between lorry and motorcycle leaves all three lanes closed on the M6 southbound between Walsall and Cannock
The M6 southbound is closed between Junctions 10 and 11 after a serious collision involving a lorry and a motorcycle.
There are severe delays on the M6 in the West Midlands and all three lanes are closed after the accident.
Commuters are advised to plan ahead and allow time for delays to their journey.
Alternate routes should be used when possible.

National Highways posted on X at 3.20pm saying: "The #M6 in the #WestMidlands is CLOSED southbound between J11 (Shareshill) and J10 (Walsall) due to a serious collision involving a lorry and a motorcycle.
"More information to follow shortly. Thanks for your patience if you're held up. Long delays are building on approach."
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We are currently at the scene of a serious collision on the M6 near Walsall. The motorway will be closed for some time while we assist colleagues from Highways and West Midlands Ambulance Service."
A spokeswoman for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of an RTC involving a lorry and a motorbike on the M6 Southbound between Junction 10 and 11 in Willenhall at 2.54pm and sent an ambulance, two paramedic officers, a MERIT trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic and the WMAS Critical Care Car to the scene.”
