The Route 39 charity quiz night will take place at The Pavilion on Thursday, September 24, in aid of The Haven Wolverhampton.

The event has been organised by Steve Saul, founder of events and pub quiz specialist Route 39, who has supported the charity for several years.

Teams of four will take part in an evening of trivia, with a buffet included in the £100 team entry fee.

The event is sponsored by West Midlands design and creative agency TPSquared, with organisers saying only a few team places remain.

Money raised will support The Haven Wolverhampton's services, which include its Haven Hub helpline, safe accommodation, community outreach and support for children and young people.

Steve Saul said: “I've been a supporter of The Haven Wolverhampton for many years now. The work the organisation does is vital and ensures that women and children who have been subjected to domestic abuse can seek safety during a dangerous time and recover from what they've been through.”

Anyone wanting to enter a team can contact Steve at [email protected] or 07971 012370.

If you or someone you know is being subjected to domestic abuse, The Haven Wolverhampton's free helpline is 08000 194 400, or visit havenrefuge.org.uk.
