Learners took part in an engaging and inspiring session showcasing the wide range of career opportunities available within the Royal Navy, with a particular focus on pathways for women in engineering, aviation and STEM fields.

The visit aims to broaden horizons, challenge stereotypes and encourage more young people, especially girls, to consider careers in sectors where women have traditionally been underrepresented.
