Anti-bullying ambassadors step up at Midlands school
Students at Lift Four Dwellings Secondary in Quinton have taken on new leadership roles as anti-bullying ambassadors.
This month, they joined a workshop with The Diana Award to learn the skills needed to champion kindness, respect, and inclusion across the school.
Through the programme, the students will lead initiatives that promote positive behaviour, support their peers, and help shape a welcoming, respectful school community.
Lift Four Dwellings Secondary places a strong emphasis on respect, resilience, and responsibility. Programmes like this allow students to put those values into action while developing leadership, teamwork, and empathy.

Claire Stoneman, Principal at Lift Four Dwellings Secondary, said: "It was inspiring to see our students bringing so much energy and thoughtfulness to the workshop. They are already putting our values of respect, resilience, and responsibility into action, helping to make our school community even stronger and more inclusive."
Founded 25 years ago in memory of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, The Diana Award is built on her belief that young people can change the world. Through its anti-bullying programme and other initiatives, it helps children lead positive change in their schools and communities, giving them the skills and confidence to make a real difference.
Nabila Jiwa, Regional Education Director for Lift Schools, said: "These students are taking on important leadership roles. The Diana Award programme equips them with the skills and confidence they need to tackle bullying, promote kindness, and make a real difference in school and beyond.”
