Over 30 organisations attended, including the RAF, West Midlands Police, Birmingham City University, Solihull Sixth Form College, Barnardo’s, Kier Group, and a range of other local employers. Pupils spoke with representatives about different jobs, career journeys, and the skills needed to succeed in the workplace. Parents and former students also joined the fair, sharing their experiences and offering guidance to help students plan their futures.

Students had the opportunity to ask questions, explore potential pathways, and gain a better understanding of the world of work.
