To provide a flavour, guests can expect refined takes on beloved British pub favourites and hearty dishes made for slow, relaxed dining, including Roast Chicken & Wild Mushrooms, Tarragon, Battered Line-Caught Haddock served with triple-cooked chips and a minted pea purée, or a richly satisfying Wagyu Steak Burger.

Those seeking deeper indulgence can opt for the Pie of the Day or the Pan-Roasted Lamb Rack with truffle-dusted potato pavé, crispy pancetta and rich, glossy jus.
