Charity coffee afternoon raises more than £170 for wing walk challenge
High Sheriff Award winner Shaz Saleem launched a charity campaign to raise awareness and money for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and One Cat at a Time just at the start of February, their aim was to raise £1,000, the team have smashed their target already.
The team held a charity coffee afternoon on February 28 at The British Oak, Kingswinford and raised £172.50, added to their online total of £1,000, they are now on £1,172.50.
Shaz Saleem said: "The event was incredible thank you so much to everyone who attended, it was lovely seeing so many people including Michelle Stokes from TSF Kuppa Club, Gail Bradley from Kingswinford & Wall Heath Litter Pick Group, Jo Fletcher from Kingswinford in Bloom, Steve and David from Wall Heath & Kingswinford Green Belt Group, my old school friend Phil Smith and so many more."

The Charity Coffee Afternoon was to raise money and awareness for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and One Cat at a Time.
The event will included Tea/ coffee, Cakes by the amazing Territreatsretro, CPR training by Midlands Air Ambulance and Information about the two charities
The team will be organising a Charity Quiz night on March 18 at the Oak, more information to follow soon!

On April 4 Shaz Saleem will be taking part in a wing walking challenge raising money for Midlands Air Ambulance and One Cat at a Time.
