As part of its commitment to the hospital, Cornerstone Kitchen will donate 20 per cent of all sales from its signature Jammy Dodger canapé throughout 2026 to support the hospital’s cardiac department. Crafted in the shape of a heart to represent care and compassion, the canapé is a tribute to the warmth and dedication the hospital staff show every single day.

The hospital holds particular significance for the business, with one of the Cornerstone Kitchen team members experiencing first-hand the exceptional care and kindness the hospital provided for her son.

James, founder of Cornerstone Kitchen, said: “Backing this incredible hospital means a great deal to us as a team. Seeing first-hand the compassion, skill and unwavering commitment of everyone at Birmingham Children’s Hospital was incredibly moving. Supporting the hospital in 2026 isn’t just about fundraising, it’s about recognising the extraordinary work they do every single day and playing our part in helping them continue to make a difference to families across the Midlands and beyond.”

Katie Harris, corporate partnerships manager at Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, said: “Cornerstone Kitchen’s heartfelt support means the world to us. Their generous support and donations to our cardiac department will help us continue to ensure that our brave patients benefit from the best possible care, treatment, experience and environments.”

In addition to fundraising through canapé sales, the Cornerstone Kitchen team will be giving their time throughout the year, volunteering at hospital initiatives and events including the Art Cart with patients in its Main Outpatients Department and holding bucket collections to help raise further funds for the charity.
