Young stars from Rooftop Studios set to rock The Crown Wharf Theatre
Young performers from Rooftop Studios’ Stage Academy are preparing to raise the roof at The Crown Wharf Theatre, Stone, with their latest production – the high-energy hit musical We Will Rock You.
Running from March 17-21, the show features a talented cast of local students aged 7–18, who train each week in Rooftop’s Saturday Stage Academy – a specialist class combining acting, singing and dance.
Featuring iconic music from Queen, including Bohemian Rhapsody, Don’t Stop Me Now, Radio Ga Ga and We Are the Champions, this exciting youth production promises to be a feel-good night out for the whole family.
Studio Director Laura Keeling says: “The students have worked so hard in the lead-up to this production and we can’t wait to see all that effort pay off on stage. It’s going to be a fantastic show – high-energy, packed with brilliant songs and a great story. A perfect family outing and a real celebration of young local talent.”
