We Can Cook teaches children to make simple, tasty and nutritious dishes, helping them gain confidence, practical life skills and a taste for healthy food, all with guidance from food experts. Teachers also join in, building ideas for further cooking in class after the programme ends.

During the sessions, year 5 pupils tried a wide range of fruits and vegetables and explored why healthy eating matters. They created a crunchy rainbow salad and homemade hummus, experimenting with colours, flavours and textures.
