McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands celebrates a record year of supporting charity partners
Kids’ Village is one of three local charities to receive a major boost in funds through a series of fundraising events at the Cannock McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in 2025.
McArthurGlen West Midlands has also been supporting local businesses with the successful openings of On The Common & Pretty Pots.
West Midlands Designer Outlet is celebrating a year of exceptional fundraising success for its charity partner, Kids’ Village, with more than £25,000 raised in 2025. The centre’s contribution supported Kids’ Village in reaching its £5m target, which will lead to a build in 2026 ahead of schedule.
The spirit of giving shone brightly at West Midlands Designer Outlet this past festive season, as Santa's Grotto became a beacon of community support. A phenomenal £20,000 was raised solely through Santa’s Grotto, with 100 per cent of every ticket sale directly benefiting Kids’ Village.

The centre’s commitment to Kids Village extends far beyond Christmas. Throughout 2025, a number of fundraising initiatives contributed significantly to the overall total raised for this vital cause. Top activities such as the popular Easter Doodle Cubes and a brand partner raffle collectively raised an additional £5,000, showcasing continuous support from the outlet’s visitors and partners alike.
In 2025, the centre proudly provided ongoing support to partners the Lichfield Festival and the Birmingham Rockets, alongside more than 30 other invaluable local organisations. Looking ahead to 2026, the centre has reaffirmed its steadfast commitment to these crucial relationships. West Midlands Designer Outlet will continue its proud partnerships with all three key beneficiaries – Kids’ Village, Lichfield Festival, and Birmingham Rockets – ensuring their essential work can thrive.
David Jackson, centre manager at West Midlands Designer Outlet, said: "We are incredibly proud of the profound impact we’ve made, particularly the exceptional amount raised for Kids’ Village through Santa’s Grotto. It's a true reflection of our community's generosity and our ongoing dedication to supporting those who do such vital work. As we embark on 2026, we are excited to continue strengthening our partnerships with Kids’ Village, Lichfield Festival, and Birmingham Rockets, as well as all our community partners, working together to create lasting positive change across the West Midlands."
