Local coach recognised at National Coaching Awards
Staffordshire-based life coach Rosie Milsom has been Highly Commended for Life Coach of the Year at a national coaching awards ceremony, recognising her work supporting women to build confidence, self-worth and purpose-led lives.
Rosie, from Penkridge, was recognised at the Paseda 360 National Coaching Awards on Thursday last week, which celebrate excellence and impact across the UK coaching industry.
Known locally for her in-person Self-Love Saturdays workshops and charity partnerships - and nationally through her coaching programmes and Self-Worth School podcast - Rosie works with women across Staffordshire and beyond, including female founders, entrepreneurs and creatives, helping them bring their ideas, careers and purpose-led businesses to life with confidence.
Over the past two years, Rosie has delivered confidence and self-worth workshops at Glow - a domestic abuse recovery centre in Stoke, supporting women rebuilding their lives after abuse, alongside her growing programme of Self-Love Saturdays - in-person confidence workshops held in Stafford and Penkridge that have now welcomed more than 180 local women.

She is also working in partnership with a local CIC to make coaching more accessible to women across Stafford and the surrounding area, while delivering wellbeing and confidence work for national organisations including Breast Cancer Now.
Her Self-Worth School podcast, launched in 2025, debuted in the UK Apple podcast charts and explores confidence, identity and self-belief for women navigating work, business and life transitions.
The awards judges praised Rosie’s work for its depth, integrity and real-world impact - particularly the way her coaching bridges personal growth with practical action, whether that’s helping a woman return to work with confidence, launch a long-held business idea, or rebuild self-belief after a major life change.

Rosie said: “I’m proud that work rooted in local communities and real-life experiences has been recognised nationally. This award is a reminder that self-worth isn’t a ‘nice to have’. It’s what allows women to lead, create, earn and show up fully - whether that’s in business, careers or their personal lives.
"Supporting women to rebuild confidence, trust themselves and create lives that feel meaningful is at the heart of everything I do - and I’m excited to keep growing that impact here in Staffordshire and beyond.”
This accolade adds to a growing list of national recognition for Rosie’s work, including being named one of the Top 50 UK Social Impact Businesses at the Small Business Awards 2025, and being recognised as Solopreneur of the Year at the Women Who Awards 2025.
