Halesowen Library to host Warhammer Hobby Space Demo
A Warhammer Hobby Space Demo will take place for the first time at Halesowen Library on Tuesday, February 17, from 3-4.30pm.
Aimed at those aged 12 and over, the free activity is an opportunity to build, play and paint one of four Warhammer models. Once built, the model can be tried out in a mini game and painted in a future session.
“All resources are provided by Games Workshop through the Warhammer Alliance programme,” said librarian Danny Challenger, who will be running the event.
“It’s a great way of trying out a new hobby and making new friends.”

Operating under the Better brand, GLL is the not-for-profit social enterprise that runs Halesowen Library on behalf of Dudley Council.
“We’re always looking at new ways of encouraging young people into the library and this promises to be both fun and entertaining,” said GLL Partnership Manager Stephanie Rhoden.
“It will take place in Halesowen’s teenage library, and the plan is to run a session every fortnight.”
