Persimmon Homes has officially launched Cromwell Wharf, a new development delivering more than 500 homes for the area, with a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties.

The show home was opened this week by Joe Turner, Managing Director for Persimmon Homes West Midlands, alongside Elaine Brown, Sales Director, joined by colleagues from across the team who have worked on the project from planning through to delivery.

Located just outside the cathedral city, Cromwell Wharf sits close to local schools, shops and transport links, while offering easy access to the surrounding countryside. Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth are all within straightforward commuting distance.

Elaine Brown, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes West Midlands, said; “Reaching this point is always special. Cromwell Wharf has been years in the making, and it reflects the hard work of teams right across the business. The homes on offer are modern, energy-efficient homes in a well-connected location, designed to meet the needs of local people. The development is already proving popular, and we’re excited to welcome more people to visit our brand new show home.”

Homes at Cromwell Wharf are priced from £315,000, with a range of house types aimed at first-time buyers, growing families and those looking to downsize.

The opening marks the latest step in the delivery of new homes for Lichfield, as work continues on site.
