Staff at Kidderminster care home enjoy lively scavenger hunt for National Fun at Work Day
Staff at Foley Grange Care Home in Kidderminster brought smiles, teamwork and plenty of laughter to the workplace as they celebrated National Fun at Work Day with a lively staff scavenger hunt.
The day was designed to boost morale and celebrate the importance of enjoying each other’s company at work. Team members took part in a series of fun clues and creative challenges hidden throughout the home, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving and a healthy dose of silliness.
Staff were invited to embrace the fun by using props such as silly hats, novelty glasses and other imaginative items as they completed their tasks. Small prizes were awarded for creativity, team spirit and the funniest moments of the day, but the real reward was the shared laughter and positive atmosphere.

Michelle Pilgrim, Home Manager at Foley Grange Care Home, said: “National Fun at Work Day was a brilliant opportunity for our team to relax, have a laugh and enjoy spending time together. Our staff work incredibly hard every day, and moments like these remind us how important it is to support one another and have fun along the way.”

The celebration reflects HC-One’s commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture, recognising that happy, connected teams help create the best possible environment for residents and colleagues alike.
With plenty of smiles, creativity and memorable moments, Foley Grange’s National Fun at Work Day was certainly one to remember.
