Amy, who joined Whistle in 2015, steps up from her previous role as Senior Account Director after more than a decade with the business. During that time, she has played a pivotal role in shaping client programmes, leading complex multi-stakeholder campaigns and helping to drive the agency’s strategic and commercial development.

In her new role, Amy will oversee an extensive client portfolio, acting as a senior adviser to clients and a role model for best-in-class client service across the agency. She will also work closely with Managing Director Sarah Kent to lead Whistle’s business development programme.

Commenting on the promotion, Sarah Kent, Managing Director of Whistle PR, said: “Amy’s promotion to Director is hugely well deserved. She combines outstanding client management and programme delivery with senior strategic acumen and has a real flair for new business. She is a trusted adviser to our clients, a leader within the team and someone who truly embodies Whistle’s values. As we enter our next phase of growth, Amy’s leadership will be instrumental in helping us deliver our long-term ambitions.”

Amy Ahmed Dolphin added: “Whistle has been my professional home for more than a decade, and I’m incredibly proud to be stepping into this role at such an exciting point in the agency’s journey. I’m passionate about building strong, strategic client partnerships, helping to shape Whistle’s future as a leading reputation consultancy and ensuring we remain a great place to work.”
