In 2026 the Company is celebrating their 50th anniversary and it’s their ability to continually evolve and adapt with the ever-changing demands of their customers and new markets that has seen them achieve such growth.

Following the launch of their latest ERP software product, Profit4, in 2021, OGL has gone from strength to strength. As Head of Product Engineering, Andrew Davies has been the driving force behind Profit4’s continued development. With a team of in-house skilled developers, Andrew has positioned Profit4 as a market leader in the UK stockist, distributor and wholesaler market.

2025 saw a range of new features and enhancements added to Profit4 including significant investment in a fully integrated Warehouse Management solution, as well as development of enhanced AI reporting tools which will be launched this year.

Building on this success OGL Software has an ambitious plan for continued growth over the next 5 years. To ensure the successful delivery of that growth, Andrew Davies, who has been with the Company for 36 years, has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer working alongside Claire Jones, Chief Commercial Officer, and the wider Executive Team, to ensure Profit4 continues to deliver exceptional functionality and value for money for their customers.

Debbie Barton, CEO, commented: “I am absolutely delighted to promote Andrew to the role of CTO. Having successfully undertaken the role of Head of Product Engineering for the past 4 years, this promotion reflects his crucial role in shaping the future of Profit4. With his wealth of product innovation and commercial experience at OGL Software, Andrew is best placed to shape our technical future.”

Andrew Davies, CTO, added: “I'm delighted to take on the role of CTO at OGL. Debbie's trust in me after 36 years together at OGL means a great deal, as does the incredible support Sharon Moreno (COO) has given me throughout my time leading Product Engineering. I'm fortunate to work with outstanding teams across Product Engineering and our web platform who share my passion for building great products for our customers. The innovation we're driving with Profit4, and the opportunities ahead of us, genuinely excite me. I can't wait to see what we'll achieve together.”
