Midlands food manufacturer appoints new project director
Birmingham-based adi Food & Beverage has announced the appointment of Aaron Gunn as Project Director.
Aaron joins the business from PepsiCo, where he spent 18 years working across engineering, capital projects and long-term site planning. During his tenure, he led strategic master planning across 49 manufacturing sites, aligning operational, engineering, sustainability and growth priorities into long-term investment roadmaps.
In his previous role, Aaron was responsible for shaping and assessing major projects across civils, utilities, warehousing, processing, packaging and wastewater treatment. He also supported new product launches and productivity improvement initiatives.
Gunn’s focus includes the development of future-ready manufacturing environments, with an emphasis on automation and facility design to support efficiency and evolving customer requirements.
