International Women’s Day conference aims to inspire, connect and champion women across the Black Country
Wolverhampton will mark International Women’s Day with a major event at one of the city’s best-known venues, as the Wolverhampton International Women’s Day Conference 2026 takes place at Molineux Stadium on Friday, March 6.
Now in its second year, the conference is expected to welcome more than 100 attendees from across the Black Country and beyond. The event is open to anyone who supports and champions women’s voices, bringing together business owners, professionals, community leaders and allies for a day focused on women’s confidence, leadership and visibility.
The conference is organised by Dr Clare Roberts-Molloy, Social Entrepreneur and Mindset, Leadership & Action Coach, who created the event to give women a space to connect, learn and leave feeling inspired and supported.

“International Women’s Day is a powerful reminder of what women can achieve,” said Clare. “This conference is about coming together, hearing real stories, sharing ideas, and supporting one another to keep moving forward.”
Following a successful first year in 2025, the conference is expanding for 2026, with a full programme of keynote speakers, interactive workshops and panel discussions. The day will also include networking opportunities and an exhibitor marketplace featuring female-led businesses.

As well as celebrating women’s achievements, the event will also raise funds for three local women’s charities: The Haven Wolverhampton, Black Country Women’s Aid, and Periods Matter.
Organisers are inviting local businesses to get involved through sponsorship packages, which range from headline sponsorship to speaker, workshop and event support options.

Sponsorship provides an opportunity for organisations to show their commitment to supporting women while gaining visibility with a local audience.
