Free online dance programme launches to help more communities live well in winter
A new online dance campaign is aiming to help more Wolverhampton residents and communities from across the West Midlands to live well in winter.
The online dance community is aiming to help more newly diagnosed and young onset people living with Parkinson’s across the UK to live well in a fun and social way.
Delivered by experienced instructors from BounceBack Exercise and supported by funding from Parkinson’s UK, the new dance classes are designed to be a flexible entry level way for people of working age to enjoy being active at their pace.
No previous experience of dance or exercise is required and all abilities are welcome to join in, plus relatives and loved ones are also welcome to take part in the online classes.
The classes are delivered by Steph Still, an experienced dance teacher, professional dancer and MSc in Clinical Exercise Science, who delivers a fun and friendly online workout for people with Parkinson’s.
