Perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who loves great live music, Final Flight is both a celebration and a goodbye — marking what would have been Buddy Holly’s 90th birthday.

Expect all the hits — Peggy Sue, Heartbeat, Rave On, That’ll Be The Day, Everyday — performed with the same joy, energy and authenticity that’s made this show such a favourite across the UK.

The story behind the show

In the spring of 2017, Sunjay was invited to play Buddy Holly in the UK touring theatre show Buddy Holly & The Cricketers.

Night after night, he wore the horn-rimmed frames, the dinner suit and bow tie, spoke with Buddy’s Texan drawl, and traded his acoustic guitar for a Fender Stratocaster — bringing to life one of his earliest musical heroes.

Fittingly, the first song Sunjay ever learned to sing and play was a Buddy Holly tune (Peggy Sue).

The experience reignited his lifelong love of Buddy’s music and inspired him to record Sunjay Sings Buddy, released in December 2017 and featuring members of the original stage show band — now lifelong friends.
