Navigate Commercial Finance expands its BD team

Navigate Commercial Finance, the Birmingham-based SME finance broker, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cormac Parize as New Business Associate, marking another important step forward in the firm’s ongoing growth strategy.

Cormac Parize joins Navigate Commercial Finance with a strong financial background having worked previously at PwC and BDO. In his new role, he will work closely with SME business owners across Lichfield, Staffordshire and the wider region to access the right finance to grow, guiding them through the complex commercial finance landscape. He joins an established team and will work alongside colleagues Ian Gardner and Adam Cooksley, the latter who last year won the Insider Young BD of the Year.

This announcement builds on Navigate Commercial Finance’s continued investment in its people as demand for flexible, specialist funding solutions grows. The firm has seen a 57% increase in funding enquiries in its final quarter of the year compared to 2024 with a focus seen on M&A, Capex and Refinance activities. Last year saw a 50% increase in funds deployed to SMEs through their lender network with Cormac’s appointment Navigate Commercial Finance are well positioned to kick on.
