These funds will support Variety, the Children’s Charity - an organisation that helps children and families facing challenges due to illness, disadvantage or disability.

Raised as a result of a charity ball held at Drayton Manor Hall, a golf day hosted at Puckrup Hall Hotel & Golf Club and various office fundraising events - the team has contributed £32,839 to the charity, enabling the organisation to continue its life-changing work.

Hugh Cafferky, Midlands Fundraising Manager at Variety, the Children’s Charity, explains: “This generous contribution from the fantastic team at Keepmoat will support lots of children across the UK facing challenges. These donations are key in helping us to provide essential resources and services, such as mobility equipment, educational support and recreational activities that bring joy and confidence to the children and families we support.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Keepmoat team for their commitment to making a positive difference. Together, we can help create opportunities and foster an inclusive environment where every child has the chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.”

Two wheelchairs, two specialist beds and an at-home ceiling track hoist will be made available for children with complex medical needs as a result of the donation.

Andy Mason, Divisional Chair at Keepmoat, added: "At Keepmoat we’re driven to go beyond bricks and mortar. We strive to make a real difference in local communities and offer support to drive meaningful change.

“We are especially proud to continue our fundraising efforts for Variety, the Children’s Charity, an organisation that is close to our hearts. It is a true privilege to support their mission and contribute to providing disabled and disadvantaged children with essential assistance that promotes mobility, independence and wellbeing.”

Keepmoat has supported Variety, the Children’s Charity for more than five years, helping the organisation provide essential assistance to children across the country.

This donation is part of Keepmoat’s broader commitment to social value, supporting both local communities and the wider construction industry through long-term partnerships.
