Well, Christmas and the new year have passed, and we’re already into the first week of January 2026, with plenty to look forward to at the Civic once this cold spell has passed!
Sunday, February 1: Adult Panto - Snow White
The Adult Panto: Snow White and the Magnificent Seven!
Taking the UK by storm since 2004, the Market Theatre’s Adult Panto Company are back on tour and out to corrupt another classic fairy tale beyond recognition with their Can the fearless company of just three actors hold it all together and pull off their biggest challenge yet, their very own adult version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs using a minimum of set props, costume and actors!
Get ready for an evening of slick, fast-moving, farcical fun and bawdy sexual innuendo for adults only, with this unique style of adult panto.
Thursday, February 5: Rod Stewart Experience
Garry Pease not only looks like Rod Stewart, he sounds like him too!
In an all-action, non-stop tribute show, Garry performs all of the favourites from Rod Stewart’s vast portfolio of songs – everything from the early Faces days through to the Old American Songbook.
Saturday, February 7: Chubby Brown
Roy 'Chubby' Brown is coming to back Brierley Hill Civic!
His choice of language and his politically incorrect jokes are all delivered with a cheeky grin and perfect comedy timing. His trademark flying helmet and goggles, coupled with his coat of many patches, make him instantly recognisable as the man who put the "F" in Alice, with his popular version of "that" song.

Join us for our 2nd edition double crowning! The 2nd edition of Miss Petite Global UK, a celebration of petite pageantry in the United Kingdom, & Miss Teen Global UK. This event is all about empowering petite women and inspirational teens of all heights to showcase their talents and shine in a pageant created just for them.

from Blondie’s brilliance to Bowie’s bold beats. Wham! will wake you up, and Whitney will dance with somebody, Prince brings the passion, and Pet Shop Boys bring the groove.

Friday, February 27: Beatles Complete
Beatles Complete present a night of Beatlemania packed with massive hits from the most influential band of all time.
Having now performed over 200 shows at the world famous Cavern Club, this Liverpool based ‘beat combo’ are the youngest ever Beatles band to gain a residency at the Cavern Club in Liverpool where they still perform on Thursdays and some Saturdays.
Saturday, February 28: Daytime Disco
This is The Rhythm of The Day, The Civic’s own Ultimate Daytime Disco.
Generally running on the last Saturday of the month, you get a full on party event in the afternoon. The music is generally old school – think 70s 80s 90s 00s – and the vibe is just brilliant. Classic tunes, nothing too obscure, all aimed at a totally uplifting vibe.
Saturday, February 28: We Got Soul
We Got Soul has been running at The Civic, generally on the last Saturday of the month for over 10 years, it just keeps getting stronger and stronger!
You get all the great soul tunes, generally from the 60s and 70s (the odd one sneaks in either side) and we keep on the classic tracks. Nothing too obscure, the big hits and the classic tracks dominate the night. We add a splash of Northern Soul in – again the popular stuff – and it all adds up to a great soulful night, attended by a really, really great crowd.
