Willenhall looks to the future with launch of leadership summit
Willenhall is setting its sights firmly on the future with the launch of the Willenhall Leadership Summit 2026, a high-impact, invite-only leadership event focused on collaboration, ethical leadership, and community growth.
Taking place on Saturday, January 24, from 11am to 1pm, the summit will bring together established and emerging leaders from across Willenhall to shape priorities for the year ahead. Delivered in partnership with SoulBrite, and its founder, Tal Singh, the summit’s theme is clear: “Unity in the Community.”
2026 is the year of collaboration and levelling-up in Willenhall
The summit is being led by the organising host alongside a dedicated committee consisting of Lisa Peters-Sherwood, Tal Singh, and Cllr Natalie Latham (Willenhall South), all united by a shared commitment to strengthening leadership capacity and opportunity across the town.
The summit agenda will focus on several key issues that will define Willenhall’s direction in 2026, including:
Ethical Leadership & Collaboration
Youth Engagement
Mentoring & Succession Planning
Education & Business

While invitations will shortly be issued to established community leaders, organisers are making a clear and intentional call to new and emerging voices - “We want to open the door to people who may not usually be in these rooms but have the passion, values and drive to make a difference,” organisers said. “Ethical leadership must be inclusive, forward-looking and rooted in our community.”
A special call is being made to the next generation of leaders
If you are aged 18–35, live or work in Willenhall, and are passionate about the future of the community, you are encouraged to apply for a place at the summit.
