Walsall opticians celebrates newly qualified optometrist
An opticians is celebrating the success of one of its team members after she passed her final exams to complete her optometrist training.
The Specsavers store in Walsall, which is locally owned and run, presented a congratulatory gift to Sana Patel after she successfully completed her Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
"I’m so grateful for all the support I’ve had from my store director, Justine and the team throughout my training," says Sana. "Passing my OSCE exams and becoming an optometrist is a dream come true, and I can’t wait to start this next chapter of my career and to help our customers every day."
To reflect the store’s commitment to the team, Specsavers Walsall store directors, Justine Page and Jagroop Uppal, prioritise team training and foster a supportive work environment, helping colleagues to reach their full potential. ‘We’re incredibly proud of Sana and all the hard work she’s put in to reach this milestone,’ says Justine. ‘Completing the pre-registration year and passing the OSCE exams is no easy task, it takes dedication, skill and determination.
