Dudley Zoo gets into festive spirit with special animal treats
Festivities are in full swing at Dudley Zoo and Castle with animals enjoying some early Christmas enrichment treats!
And zoo bosses are giving visitors their own Christmas treat with a kids go free offer which is set to run from Boxing Day until New Year’s Eve.
From December 26 - 31, up to two children (aged 3-15 years) can visit the Castle Hill attraction for free with every full-paying adult ticket pre-booked from the zoo’s website.

And with more than 250 amazing species to discover, including a variety of cold-weather loving animals, there’s lots to learn about!
Zoo Director Matt Lewis, said: “We’ve had a busy few weeks at the zoo welcoming thousands of excited youngsters and their families to see Santa in his castle grotto ahead of Christmas Day.

“December 25 is the only day we’re closed to the public, although it’s business as usual for our keepers, who are still on-site to care for the animals and distribute a few special gifts which have left by Santa.
“We re-open on Boxing Day and we’re pleased to bring back our popular kids go free offer for a few days after Christmas and hope families will take advantage and enjoy a refreshing family day out.”
