“This achievement truly reflects our dedication in practice to providing exceptional eye care and a personalised service to each and every patient in our community.

“Our ethos is simple; if a patient needs a service we do not yet offer, we train and learn to provide it. This year alone, we have invested heavily in expanding our dry eye services, reflecting the growing demand for specialised care in this area. Our team has received advanced training in treatments including Punctal dilation/ plugs, Blephex, and other innovative dry eye therapies.”

Taylor Biddle Opticians has been at the forefront of the optical industry for many years, becoming the first practice in the area to introduce OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) and Optomap scanning. This revolutionary technology allows the team to detect and monitor eye conditions at the earliest stages, often before symptoms are even present.

Hasan added: “We hope to continue to expand our services in the years to come, bringing tailored solutions and the latest technology to meet the eye care needs of the Wolverhampton community.”

The winner to be awarded the prestigious national title of ‘Independent Practice of the Year’ will be announced at the upcoming Optician Awards ceremony in London on December 13.
