Worcestershire based traditional Indian restaurant Spice Fusion, in Stourport on Severn, has unveiled a new and exclusive culinary dining experience, ‘The Chef’s Table’, to be hosted once per month by Michelin-recognised celebrity chef, Sudha Saha.
Comprising of a carefully curated five-course tasting menu masterfully presented by Chef Sudha himself, each course is a celebration of seasonal and local British ingredients, transformed into exotic and rich Indian inspired dishes.
The tasting journey will begin with a delicate amuse bouche, followed by a refined starter and an exquisite fish course. Guests will then enjoy a spiced chicken or lamb dish, before concluding with a gourmet dessert.
Enhancing this unique experience at, the menu features a wine pairing designed to complement and elevate the flavours of the dishes. A carefully selected glass of wine accompanies both the starter and main course, with both chosen specifically to blend with the flavours at play.

Chef Sudha Saha confirmed: “This is more than just a meal, it’s a journey through flavours, craftsmanship, and storytelling. My goal is to bring together the best of British produce to complement Indian inspired dishes, creating a dining experience that is as refined as it is memorable.”
Limited to 10 people at £50 per head, The Chef’s Table will be hosted monthly at Spice Fusion, where guests will enjoy an evening of exceptional cuisine, fine wine, and personal interaction with one of the UK’s most celebrated chefs.
Upcoming available dates include the 21st January 2026, with December and February already sold out. Guests are encouraged to reserve their places early to avoid disappointment.

The new Chef’s Table comes just two months following Spice Fusion’s successful refurbishment and launch of new refined, seasonal menu, curated in collaboration with Chef Patron, Sudha Saha.
